This blog came out of from my experiences.   I am an organizational specialist, speaker, author, and event planner. I hail from the Volunteer State of Tennessee where I learned the powerful health benefits of humor and the many ways laughter contributes to positive leadership. I have worked with professional organizations, faith-based institutions, corporations, high school associations, and college campuses.   I received my bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and my master’s degree in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Georgia.
